At Clickcart Store, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Our Exchange policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you an Return.

Eligibility for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We focus on providing high-quality products in men’s fashion, women’s fashion, and kids’ fashion. Therefore, it is important that the items remain in their original condition to be eligible for exchange.

We do not accept returns except in the case of damaged items. If you receive a damaged item, you must notify us immediately upon receipt.

Non-returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be exchanged. The following categories are non-returnable:

  • Custom-made items
  • Items on sale or clearance
  • Undergarments and lingerie
  • Swimwear
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Exchange Process

Damaged Items

  • If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at
  • Provide your order number and details about the product and the defect.
  • We will cover the cost of return shipping for damaged items and send a replacement product as quickly as possible.

Other Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item due to color variation, size, or for another product please note that you must pay the return shipping cost.
  • To initiate an exchange, send us an email at with your order number and details about the exchange.
  • Ship your item to: Karachi, Pakistan.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your exchange request.
  • If approved, you will be responsible for the shipping charges to send the new item to you.
  • If the price of the new item is higher than the exchanged item, you will need to pay the difference before the new item is shipped.

Shipping Returns

To return your product for an exchange, mail your product to: Karachi, Pakistan.

Please be aware:

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item if it is due to a preference change (e.g., size, color, or different product).
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • For more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Since we do not accept returns except for damaged items, refunds are generally not applicable. For damaged items, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet for a damaged item:

  • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
